We pride ourselves on doing the best we can. That means using quality ingredients and doing things the hard way sometimes. We use local ingredients and source what is in season across the globe, if we are looking to other parts of the world. We use vegan, gluten-free, natural, and organic products where we can. Our chocolate and cocoa are ethically sourced.
Chocolate impacts communities
We use brands that are involved with fair farming practices; improving the communities of their growers, the livelihood of the farmers, and the preservation of our environment.
Coffee is global, ethics should be too.
We work closely with Strongtree Coffee Roasters for our espresso bar. They use pure heirloom organic shade grown arabica beans. All of our beans are Fair-Trade, ethically sourced, organic and sustainable.
Local farms make a difference
We utilize the bounty of the Hudson Valley, sourcing produce and dairy from local farms. Impeccable ingredients are what make our treats so exquisite.
